Our Mission Statement

I have been involved with strength sports for about 12 years now and have been coaching lifters and athletes for just over 8 years.  What never fails to amaze me is the lack of quality programming content and advice available to the public.

There are plenty of cookie cutter programmes that are easy to understand and follow but only produce results for novice lifters.  There are few routines that follow an annual periodized plan where each programme helps the next.

With Your Strongest Year, I am planning to change this we will publish a new 4-week block on the 28th of Every month of the year.  During the month we will provide tutorials, Q&A and exercise explanation posts to help you understand the programme.

This will all be archived and categorised in a way where anyone can go back and look at our content to start your strongest year at any point and to follow along and educate yourself about programming and strength training.

Our pledge is that our information will always be experience based, of the highest quality and will always be free.

There is no time like the present to make this year your strongest, check back in 8 days for our first post.
